Designing and operating Digital Asset Treasuries (DATs), stablecoin frameworks, and structured yield vehicles on foundation balance sheets.
Mandates progress through four phases.

| 4 · Ongoing | Continue to operate or oversee the resulting structure as treasury manager or embedded BD partner. |
We add the most value with mid- to late-stage foundations and protocols looking to scale institutional adoption – not pre-launch projects, not retail distribution.
